Roles

For monitoring data you submit to Watchgoose, the customer is generally the controller and Pixeware LTD acts as processor. For account, billing, security, and business administration data, Pixeware LTD may act as an independent controller as described in the Privacy Policy.

Processing Instructions

We process customer monitoring data to provide, secure, support, and improve Watchgoose, and to follow documented customer instructions expressed through the product, support requests, or a signed agreement. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for the data they submit.

Subprocessors and Transfers

We use subprocessors for hosting, networking, email delivery, billing, backups, support email, and security operations. Subprocessors are required to protect data and process it only for the services they provide to us. If data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent contractual protections.

Security, Assistance, and Deletion

We use technical and organizational measures designed for the risk of a cron monitoring service, including access controls, encrypted transport, backups, and operational logging. We will assist with reasonable data protection requests, security questionnaires, incident notices, and deletion/export requests through [email protected]. On account closure, active service data is deleted or anonymized according to normal product and backup retention schedules unless legal retention is required.
