Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid Watchgoose subscriptions and handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and refund payment processing.
Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]. Include the account email, Paddle invoice or subscription reference, and a short description of the issue.
Refund Eligibility
If a new paid subscription does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of the first charge and we will normally approve a refund for the unused service period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we will review accidental renewals reported within 7 days. We do not provide refunds for accounts suspended for abuse, for usage that has already been consumed, or for service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Process
We review refund requests case by case and, if approved, initiate the refund through Paddle. Paddle controls the payment method refund process and any card-network or bank timing after the refund is initiated. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
Statutory Rights
This policy is intended for business SaaS subscriptions and does not limit any mandatory consumer, refund, chargeback, tax, or merchant-of-record rights that apply under law or Paddle's buyer terms.
